The business problem

Fleets buy tyres by the piece and lose money by the kilometre

A commercial tyre is bought once but paid for every day it runs. Without tyre-level data, fleets learn about a problem on the roadside, scrap casings that could have been retreaded, and reorder on instinct rather than evidence.

Unexpected failuresUnder-inflation and heat build-up go unnoticed until a burst or a breakdown stops the vehicle.
Casings scrapped earlySound casings are thrown away because nobody inspected them at the right time.
Downtime with no ownerRepair, alignment and inflation are handled by whoever is nearest, with no record and no standard.
Procurement by guessworkNo route-wise wear data means brand and size decisions repeat last year's mistakes.
The ATF lifecycle ecosystem

One tyre. One identity. Complete lifecycle visibility.

ATF gives every commercial tyre a digital identity, then follows it through use, monitoring, service, retreading and recovery. The data from each stage makes the next decision better.

Four business pillars

Everything ATF does fits one of four pillars

Each pillar is a service line with a clear owner, a clear status and a page of its own. Sub-services sit underneath rather than competing for attention.

How ATF technology works

Data from the tyre, decisions on the platform, action at the hub

Technology is the means, not the pitch. Here is how a reading on a wheel becomes a lower cost per kilometre.

1. Identity

Each tyre is registered with its size, brand, position, casing age and service history.

2. Readings

TPMS and inspection data capture pressure, temperature, tread depth and wear by route.

3. Decisions

The platform flags under-inflation, heat and uneven wear, and schedules repair, rotation or retread before failure.

4. Action

ATF hubs carry out the work, and the result feeds back into the tyre's record and the fleet's procurement data.

What fleet owners get

Results first. The technology is how we get there.

Lower rupees per kilometreCorrect pressure, timely rotation and retreading spread the cost of a casing over more kilometres.
Fewer roadside breakdownsHeat and pressure alerts catch problems in the yard rather than on the highway.
Longer casing lifeInspection at the right moment keeps casings retreadable instead of scrap.
Less downtimePlanned service slots at standard hubs replace unplanned stops at the nearest shop.
Safer operationDrivers and managers see tyre health before departure, not after an incident.
Better procurement decisionsRoute-wise wear data shows which brand and size actually perform on your routes.

Tyre lifecycle management, stage by stage

Select a stage to see what ATF does there and what the fleet gains. The platform in the centre holds the record for every tyre.

Stage 1 of 10

New tyre

A new commercial tyre enters the fleet. ATF records size, brand, DOT date and the vehicle position it is fitted to, so the clock on its casing life starts with a known baseline.

Facility and technology

What the work looks like

Retreading, repair and recycling are physical operations. Real ATF facility photography will replace these illustrations as it becomes available.

Pilot programme

Run the ATF lifecycle on one route before you commit a fleet

A pilot gives you tyre-level data on a defined set of vehicles for a defined period, with a written comparison of cost per kilometre, failures and casing recovery against your current practice.

  1. Pick a route or depot and the vehicles on it.
  2. ATF registers the tyres, fits TPMS and sets the inspection schedule.
  3. Service, repair and retreading run through ATF hubs for the pilot period.
  4. You get the numbers, the casing record and a plan to scale.

ATF circular tyre operations
Sustainability

A circular model, not a disposal problem

Every stage of the lifecycle is designed to keep material in use for longer and to recover what is left at the end.

  • Retreading before replacement. A retreaded casing uses a fraction of the raw material of a new tyre.
  • Repair before scrap. Standardised OTR and TBR repair returns damaged tyres to service safely.
  • Recovery at end of life. Casings that cannot be reused are collected and processed into crumb rubber rather than dumped or burned.
  • Reported per tyre. The lifecycle record shows a fleet exactly how many casings were extended and recovered.
